friends, vibrations and new discoveries. The usual old hat of putting an artist’s sound into a genre box became as pointless as trying to choose the best mole. At the end of the day – they all
held their own secret ingredient that made them genius. Let it be known to the universe – Viv and the Sect have a mole secret – one that involves the love, and sharing, of great music and great
songs from the best bands the world has ever known. Whether garage, surf, psych, mod beat or rockabilly - Aleph, Rho, Mario and Johnn have created a sound that mixes all of these flavors into a
hit-sounding brilliance that the World needs to hear. With tunes like “No Room For Two”, “Bleserone” and “This will Pass” the cool cuatro have a sound that floats in 60s clouds, but also manages
to sound completely new.

We were very lucky to see Viv and the Sect’s ace guitarist Aleph (dancing like the cool cat that he is) during a Carlos René DJ set while we were in Mexico DF. Of course, we fell to our knees on the dance floor in
front of him and begged for an interview. He laughed and said that he and drummer Rho would do an interview… but only if we filmed it drunk at lunch time next to the busiest road on the planet
Earth. When an interview goes down in Mexico it has to involve the sound of 1000 autobuses hissing past – otherwise it just isn’t Mexico DF! So listen up! Viv and the Sect are
